Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or other accepted payment methods.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at the time of check-in.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise agreed upon during the booking process.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, major credit cards, and mobile money transfers.
Any outstanding balance must be settled upon check-out.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund/Cancellation Policy for more details.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property during their stay.
The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking in rooms or common areas is strictly prohibited and may result in a cleaning fee.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.
Hotel Rights
Lolacs Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activities or under other circumstances where it seems that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates hotel policies.
Liability
The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms or common areas.
Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided for valuables.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
