Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged the first night’s stay.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Any processing fees or bank charges associated with the refund will be the responsibility of the guest.
  1. Early Departure
  • Guests who check out before the confirmed departure date may be subject to a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay, depending on the terms of the booking.
  • Refunds for early departures are at the discretion of the hotel management and may vary depending on the circumstances.
  1. Amendments
  • Changes to reservations, such as adjusting the dates or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Please contact the hotel directly to request any changes to your booking.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Lolacs Hotel is not liable for refunds or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule their stay or issue a credit for future use.
